After being silent on the bench, the Supreme Court’s most reliable constitutional conservative for 30 long years has finally spoken and asked a question that has pro-abortion activists livid.
Justice Clarence Thomas has been silent for a very long time but not this controversial issue. So, Thomas decided to break his usual silence to slap these pro-abortion activists with reality.
Thomas asked:
”Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother? “
The Supreme Court is currently making a review with the Mississippi law that would ban nearly all abortions after 15 weeks.
According to the attorney representing Jackson Women’s Health Organization, “that’s not what this case is about, but a woman has a right to make choices about her body.”
This is not the first time that Clarence has expressed his frustration due to the court’s refusal to take up an abortion case. It was in 2019 when he wrote a scathing opinion about the court’s refusal to hear an Alabama case banning gruesome dismemberment abortions. “The notion that anything in the Constitution prevents States from passing laws prohibiting the dismembering of a living child is implausible.”
He added, “This case serves as a stark reminder that our abortion jurisprudence has spiraled out of control.”
Due to being the vocal and most outspoken pro-life justice to ever sit on the bench, he has been a long target of liberal pro-abortion activists.

Once the Supreme Court approved Mississippi’s ban on abortions after 15 weeks, abortion will be banned throughout the country. According to the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, an estimated that 26 states would impose further restrictions on abortion or outright bans. It’s no wonder the left is terrified of Justice Thomas.
