On Monday, during a joint press conference with Japan Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Joe Biden seems to praise the high gas prices as an ‘incredible transition’ Americans must go through.
This out-of-touch President and his cronies don’t care about the high prices of gas because they consider themselves elites and they have a lot of money in the bank.
Biden was asked by a reporter during a press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishid, if Americans should expect a recession as gas prices remain high and the Federal Reserve has raised interest rates to rein in historically high inflation.
“And when it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” said Biden.

As Memorial Day weekend approaches and people are solidifying their travel plans, gas prices are expected to hit record highs in various states across the country. Despite Biden’s claims that he is taking action to bring skyrocketing gas prices under control, they have been steadily increasing throughout the year, from an average of $3.03 last year to $4.59 as of yesterday.
Today, President Trump implied that the pain at the pump that Americans are feeling might not be accidental but is an intentional policy to shift away from fossil fuels.

The president then insisted that his administration’s actions, rather than increasing the price of gas, had actually been able to “keep it from getting worse — and it’s bad.”
Republicans took to social media to attack Biden for celebrating high gas prices.
“Democrats are celebrating the higher gas prices Americans are paying,” the National Republican Congressional Committee tweeted.
Actually, there is a solution that Americans will definitely benefit from in the long run, Biden could restart construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, as various experts have suggested, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
