Pro-abortion extremists have launched a disgusting attack on the Republican state lawmakers in Ohio.
This week, all 25 Ohio Republican State Senators were sent feces in the mail. Luckily, the envelopes were intercepted before they reached the recipient.
According to The Columbus Dispatch report Thursday, the envelopes were stuffed with what is believed to be human feces from a Cleveland post office. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is investigating the matter as a federal crime.
Here’s what Ohio Senate Republican Caucus spokesman John Fortney told the newspaper:
“They should’ve just sent a selfie, because it’s the same thing. I’d be more than happy to explain it to them in a parking lot or cornfield of their choice.”

Senate GOP spokesperson John Fortney said that it was unclear what motivated the bizarre act because the envelopes contained no other information. The letters had return addresses but those were deemed fake.
“This type of biohazard attack doesn’t just stop with the people it’s directed towards. This is something that could potentially affect every single employee at the Ohio Statehouse, regardless of their political affiliation,” Fortney said.
The law enforcement arm of the Postal Service said it was unclear whether the feces was human or animal, but Fortney said they are assuming the fecal matter was human.
Officials warned lawmakers from both Statehouse chambers to exercise caution when opening mail at home. They were exploring the possibility of heightened security measures for the staff.
State Sen. Stephanie Kunze, a moderate Republican, said these kinds of attacks would more likely hurt staffers than the politicians themselves.
“It didn’t even reach elected officials, it reached our staff,” Kunze said. “They can be Democrat or Republican. It’s not an effective means except to put people in harm’s way.”

Fellow Republican lawmaker Jay Hottinger joked to a Columbus Dispatch reporter that Thursday was “just another crappy day,” and called the act “gross and stupid.”
Here’s what Hottinger told WBNS:
“It’s difficult to quantify how immature, obviously gross, ridiculous, you know, a stunt like this is. Whatever message that they are intending to try to deliver loses all effect when you resort to ridiculous stunts like this.”
