The repercussions of the Roe v Wade decision are still being felt as states are working on laws to ban the abhorrent practice of slaughtering innocent babies.
Of course, there are situations considered that would allow abortions in cases of rape, incest, or the mother’s life is in jeopardy.
However, the days of abortion on demand after engaging in casual sex are gone in certain states.
In response, liberal women have been throwing temper tantrums and stating that their uteruses are under attack. These unhinged feminists have even gone as far as to say that guns have more rights than vaginas.
The major difference is that killing your unborn child is not a constitutional right and owning a gun to protect yourself is.
That is why the new bill that California Governor Gavin Newsom is absurd and will most likely find it in front of the SCOTUS in no time at all.

Modeled after Texas’ new anti-abortion law, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed a bill allowing private persons to sue those who create, sell, transport, or transfer certain unlawful firearms into law on Friday.
According to a statement from Newsom’s office, the law will provide at least $10,000 for each unlawful assault weapon and ghost gun (a firearm created at a person’s house to avoid being traced) discovered through legal action. Private persons might also be able to recover at least that much by suing retailers who knowingly sell to those under the age of 21.
The law is modeled after one in Texas that permits private persons to file lawsuits against those who perform, aid, or abet an abortion following the detection of a fetal heartbeat, which may occur as early as six weeks before many women are aware of their pregnancy.
After the court upheld the Texas abortion law, Newsom first urged the California legislature to enact a similar gun law.
In a news release, he stated, “Our message to the criminals distributing illegal guns in California is simple: You have no safe haven here in the Golden State.” “While California continues to implement new steps to protect our children’s lives, the Supreme Court continues to take back reasonable gun safety laws. California will employ all available means to save lives, particularly in light of the more conservative Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court’s decision to broaden gun rights last month, when the justices decided 6-3 that the Second Amendment gives an individual the freedom to carry a weapon outside the home, prompted the bill’s introduction.
This will be very interesting, and I look forward to seeing how this all plays out.
