Police Investigating An Absolutely BRUTAL Scene At A Women’s Basketball Game… [VIDEO]

For supporters of women’s sports who want more mainstream coverage, this is probably not the way they hoped it would happen.

Bowling Green State University’s Lady Falcons defeated the Memphis Tigers 73-60 in the Round of 16 of the Women’s NIT on Thursday, which, to be honest, would hardly register a headline in the vast world of sports on most nights.

Thursday night, on the other hand, was not like most nights.

An inexplicable flare-up of tempers occurred as BGSU and Memphis were lining up for the ceremonial post-game handshake line.

Memphis guard Jamirah Shutes and BGSU guard Elissa Brett appeared to be having a conversation in the handshake line. Shutes appears to have thrown a punch at Brett’s face following the brief interaction, causing the latter to fall toward the scorers’ table.

You can see the ugly incident for yourself below:

Jordan Strack, a reporter, described the incident as a “ugly, ugly scene” that was “just brutal.”

Even though this writer believes that being a sore loser has an unfair stigma (show me a good loser, and I’ll show you a loser), this is beyond the pale.

There’s a big difference between Isiah Thomas and the “Bad Boy” Detroit Pistons refusing to shake Michael Jordan’s hand after the latter finally knocked off the Motown bullies in the playoffs and whatever Shutes is accused of doing here.

Following the incident, BGSU issued a statement revealing that campus police had been called:

“The incident that took place following tonight’s home WNIT game has been turned over to the BGSU Police Department,” the statement reads. “Bowling Green State University Athletics does not make comments about active police investigations. Our priority is with the health, safety and support of our student-athletes.”

According to the Sentinel-Tribune, police sought Shutes out immediately after the incident and were even waiting for her in the locker rooms.

According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, Memphis issued a similar statement.

“The incident that occurred following Thursday’s women’s basketball game was extremely unfortunate and certainly not consistent with, or representative of, our expectations for our programs and student-athletes,” the statement said. “Because the incident occurred after the game, jurisdiction falls in the hands of local authorities, and we are cooperating fully with their process.

“To be respectful of that process, we will not comment further until it is complete.”

Brett and Shutes are both seniors. The Memphis guard is a fifth-year senior, so this is her final game at the university level.

Brett had 15 points at the end of the game. Shutes finished with a total of 13.

The Lady Falcons will now face the Florida Gators in the Women’s NIT’s next round.

Ok, I do not mean to switch topics too much but if you haven’t noticed—there is a highly woke agenda being promoted everywhere.

This woke agenda is being promoted not only on television but also in movies. However, that is just the tip of the iceberg. Even the stores that we shop at are funding the very liberal, commie, woke agendas that we are doing our best to rail against.

So, there here are the three questions to ask before you shop:
What agendas, if any, is this company funding?
What narratives are being pushed by this company?
Do I trust that the products I’m buying are safe?
These corporate conglomerates have brainwashed us into thinking their products are the only products. And if they’re budget-friendly they must be all we can get. This is categorically untrue.
There are safer, more affordable alternatives out there 😉

We need to stop funding these woke companies and I have an amazing alternative for you.

The only “catch”?

It’s only by referral.

Good thing you know someone that can refer you and that is me.

So, click this link and I can send you some information on shopping with an American-made, patriot-owned store that also has grass-fed beef.s

No antibiotics, steroids, or junk either.

It is time that we start supporting American companies and stop feeding the globalist woke agenda >>>https://tinyurl.com/23ctzwky
