Darren Glines, a Fairborn, Ohio resident, was charged with three counts of public indecency after women at a local Xenia, Ohio YMCA said that he was naked in their locker room and had displayed his penis to them.
The accusations against Glines, a biological male who evidently identifies as a “woman” named “Rachel,” were made between November 2021 and November 2022 and involved the “trans” individual exposing himself while three adolescent females were inside the locker area, according to court filings.

Glines was absolved of any crime by Municipal Court Judge David McNamee after he agreed that the massive girth of Gine’s belly would make it impossible for anybody to view his genitals, noting that the 31-year-old guy who identifies as a woman is too big for his genitalia to be seen.
“There is no question that Glines was in the women’s locker room. However, Glines was not charged with trespass, nor was Glines charged with being in an area of the YMCA where Glines was not supposed to be.”
“Quiet simply, the facts do not exist to support a find of guilt, as charges. Glines’ genitalia was not visible as a result of other portions of her body covering same.” Judge McNamee stated.
According to the Daily Mail, Xenia City Council President Williams Urshcel stated that one of the ladies who submitted a complaint was purportedly advised by a YMCA employee that Glines identifies as a woman, therefore she shouldn’t be concerned by this.”
Judge David McNamee stated that there was ‘little question as to the facts of the case’ because Glines was approved to use the women’s locker room by the YMC’s Executive Director.
Glines’ attorneys said in a statement released on Monday: ‘It’s unfortunate not only for her but for the entire community, that the filing of these charges ever occurred.
“We are grateful that the rule of law and the truth prevailed so that Ms. Glines and the community can move on in peace.”
In other words, forget about the small girls who had to put up with a naked, overweight male in their locker room, where they are meant to feel comfortable when changing clothes or bathing after a workout; it’s all about the comfort of a man dressed as a woman.
