After being detained for housing runaway teenagers and charged with giving them drugs and alcohol as well as sexting, a 35-year-old lady from Washington allegedly admitted to police that she identifies as a 15-year-old boy.
Following what police claimed was their discovery that Amanda Dorrough intended to escape Seattle with a group of teenagers, Fox News reported that Dorrough was charged earlier this month with unlawful harboring of minors.
The adult lady was detained on May 4 after the vice principal at Port Angeles High School, northwest of Seattle, allegedly alerted police following revelations from two students about their intention to flee with Dorrough, who went by the nickname “Taz” with the group of youngsters.

According to the Daily Mail, Dorrough, a mother of three, reportedly informed Clallam County Jail personnel that she considers herself to be a 15-year-old boy.
“She feels like teenagers ‘understand’ her better” and that “she ‘identifies’ better with teenage kids,” the report said.
Police discovered Dorrough in a gully with a boy, along with “two empty condom packets, one unopened condom, a bra, and an empty cigarette packet with a lighter,” the police report states. Police apparently received at least ten distinct incident reports about Borrough’s interactions with children.

After observing children frequently entering and leaving Dorrough’s flat, neighbors reportedly phoned the police. According to the complaint, a neighbor also claimed to have observed the adult woman and a youngster, who appeared to be around 13, topless in the corridor. Additionally, according to the police, Dorrough was expelled from a Boys and Girls Club for “perceived ‘predatory’ behavior.”
Three teens were sprinting through the parking lot away from Dorrough’s apartment when police arrived at her home on May 2, two days before she was arrested. Police were apparently unable to speak to anyone inside Dorrough’s apartment, despite one officer hearing movement within.

The adult woman allegedly exposed herself in front of children, made inappropriate physical contact with one, and provided them with marijuana, according to the police report, which was first made public by radio personality Jason Rantz. Authorities claim that one of Dorrough’s alleged victims described the 35-year-old as “pedophile-ish.” One of the juveniles allegedly got furious and threatened to commit suicide when he informed Dorrough he wasn’t interested in her.
Ten days after her detention, on May 14, Dorrough was freed on bond without being accused of any sexual charges.
