The Biden administration and the federal government have intensified their campaign against the second amendment.
Many credit card companies started tracking handgun purchases made by their clients this year and last year as a result of pressure from left-wing anti-gun campaigners, which sparked fierce criticism from gun owners and 2nd Amendment rights supporters.
Currently, federal investigators raided a Montana gun store and stole the clientele’s personal data from their 4473 forms.
Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Department of Homeland Security, State of Montana, and Internal Revenue Service agents, according to gun store owner Tom Van Hoose, have frequently harassed him.
Van Hoose conjectured that federal officials are after him because of the ‘kind of weapons’ he sells that have been the subject of unfavorable press coverage, which is likely to refer to semi-automatic rifles like the AR-15.
He claims that he goes to great lengths to abide by federal rules and regulations and even has a positive relationship with the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) Bureau, despite the fact that federal officials have regularly harassed him.
Since they are looking for 87,000 more agents, many of them armed, the IRS has come under intense negative scrutiny, prompting many people to fear that they will be the target of harsh tax audits.

A Great Falls gun shop owner says he was targeted by federal agents Wednesday. In fact, he claims that he’s been in the crosshairs of the government for a couple of years now.
“At 7:30, I came in and they pulled in behind me with 20 heavily armed agents,” said Tom Van Hoose, the owner of Highwood Creek Outfitters.
Van Hoose says for two years his Highwood Creek Outfitters gun shop has been the subject of surveillance by state and federal agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the State of Montana and now the Internal Revenue Service.
Van Hoose says all he was told is that his business had been reported. He doesn’t know by whom, or the reason. He thinks it’s part of a nationwide pattern and feels it’s political.
I met with Tom Vanhoose this morning after 20 armed IRS agents raided his store in Great Falls earlier this week.
