WHOA…OnlyFans Model Suing Her Boyfriend For Six Billion Dollars After He Took Footage Of Her….

In the world of social media, fame and fortune can come in many different forms.

Mikayla Saravia, a 25-year-old OnlyFans model from West Palm Beach, Florida, has filed a $6.3 billion lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Hunter, for allegedly accessing and sharing sexually explicit content from her social media accounts without her consent. Saravia, who boasts over 8 million followers on Instagram, alleges that Hunter changed the passwords on her OnlyFans accounts and posted graphic photos and videos of her after they broke up in October.

According to the lawsuit, Hunter took control of both of Saravia’s OnlyFans accounts, which include a free account and a more “explicit” one that costs followers $30 a month. The suit claims that Hunter posted “numerous, sexually explicit images” and videos of Saravia, including for sale, from October 2022 through January 2023.

Hunter allegedly used Saravia’s Twitter account to send a sexually explicit image of her to her 628,700 Twitter followers on January 28, 2023, the lawsuit alleged. He also allegedly took over both of her OnlyFans accounts and sold videos of her for $35 and photos for $10 and $13 throughout January. Saravia was able to take back control of all of her accounts shortly after.

Saravia’s lawyer, Joseph DiRuzzo, acknowledged that his client had posted explicit content on her own, but emphasized that she was the one in control of those posts.

“Just because you consented to an image in the past, it does not mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” DiRuzzo wrote in the complaint.

The lawsuit seeks damages of $6.3 billion, which equates to $10,000 for each of the 628,000 Twitter followers Saravia had in October when their relationship ended. Hunter was identified in the lawsuit as being in business with Saravia, which was listed as KKVSH, LLC. The pair also produced YouTube videos together.

According to Yahoo Finance, Hunter is an entrepreneur known as Nick Yardy, and his most significant client success story at the time was Saravia. Hunter managed KKVSH and “successfully grew her account through his innovative growth strategies from a mere 1,000 fans to nearly 5 million.” However, the couple broke up in October 2022, and it was alleged in the complaint that Hunter exceeded his authorized access of Saravia’s electronic devices.

The lawsuit also mentioned that Hunter and Saravia are involved in a civil domestic violence case in Broward County, Florida.

Saravia previously made headlines for making more than $100,000 a year with her long tongue. In a previous interview, the OnlyFans model said she “discovered the uniqueness of her tongue at a young age, I think the 6th grade. I think outside the box and try to be different.”
