Conservatives got a late Christmas present from WikiLeaks. It turns out that a New York Times reporter was feeding Hillary the upcoming stories in the Times in order to allow her to prepare for the fallout. The quicker you respond, the quicker the perceived credibility is accepted.
Email shows New York Times handed over Cablegate’s publication schedule to the US government (without telling @WikiLeaks) giving the State Department, then headed by Hillary Clinton, up to 9 days in advance to spin the revelations or create diversions. https://t.co/IMrDOwoCd2 pic.twitter.com/CT4XkEs8Mc

Knowing what stories are about to hit would allow Hillary to do one of two things. She could either put together a defense that she could release before the story ever hits the newsstand or she could create a diversion (Wag the Dog) that would overshadow the story. Either way, it’s a huge advantage over being hit by the story unprepared.
Scott Shane is the national security reporter for the Times and the emails were directed to Philip Crowley, who was at the time the United States Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs under Clinton’s State Department.
On Friday the DOJ released emails that were found in the email of convicted sex deviant, Anthony Weiner, the husband of Huma Abedin. She allegedly sent these emails, some of which were classified, to Weiner so he could print them out for her. Weiner had no security clearance and it’s illegal to send or receive classified information over a non government protected email.
Tom Fitton declared victory when he was finally able to get the release of these emails.
“Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents,” Fitton said. “That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law.”
The FBI said most of the emails ended up on Weiner’s computer because of backups from Abedin’s personal electronic devices. Former FBI Director James Comey has said investigators could not prove Abedin acted with criminal intent or “had a sense that what she was doing was in violation of the law.”
A November 2010 email told of a planned call between Clinton and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal, in which Clinton was going to warn al-Faisal of a leak that would expose sensitive material by WikiLeaks. One month later, WikiLeaks published diplomatic cables that became known as “Cablegate.”
Here is the important question. How did Hillary know of the forthcoming leaks? If Russia was doing the hacking in cooperation with WikiLeaks and the Trump campaign, how did she find out. Did she know that her private server was hacked and is that why she had the hard drive destroyed? I can’t wait to see what spin the Democrats put on that.
