Two weeks after Khloe Kardashian gave birth to baby girl True, the new mother still has not decided what she is going to do about her relationship with Tristan Thompson. Just days before Khloe went into labor with the couple’s first child, photos, and videos of Thompson cheating surfaced. According to sources, the NBA star had been cheating on Khloe with several women, and some of these relationships lasted for months.
The Kardashian family reportedly is “furious” with Tristan, but Khloe is wondering if the two can save their troubled relationship for the sake of their daughter, True Thompson.
“Khloé and Tristan continuing as a couple isn’t a sure thing,” a source told “Entertainment Tonight,” noting that the two are “not in a good place.” The source continued, “Khloé is still upset over everything that came to light regarding Tristan, and is taking time to enjoy being a new mom before deciding the future of her relationship.” While their relationship status might be skating on thin ice, Kardashian reportedly is planning on staying in Cleveland for a “few weeks to a month at least,” according to the source.
Tristan has not been staying at the couple’s home, the source added, but has been visiting often with Khloe and True. “Khloe thinks it’s great they have been having a bit of space right now, but she is worried about their future. She hasn’t figured it out yet.”
It doesn’t help that “everyone close to her thinks she needs to split from Tristan and has told her she can do this on her own,” the source adds. But ultimately, her family and friends realize “it’s her life” and “Khloe needs to do what’s right for their baby.”
According to another insider close to the couple, Khloe is not focusing on the cheating scandal but directing her energy to move forward and create new memories.
It also was reported that once True is cleared to fly, Khloe will hopping on a plane to return home to California to be near her family.
“Khloe has been focused on bonding with her baby, but also really misses her family. She is very understanding that everyone has their own lives and is super busy, but she is starting to get lonely and wants to get back to her home in L.A.,” the source says.
“Khloe already has everything for True set up in L.A.; it’s just a matter of when she is going to make the move that she is still deciding on.” Mom Kris Jenner “has been counting the days until she gets back,” the source reveals.
“The whole family is in a group text, and they are so excited every time Khloe shares a photo of True.”
Regardless of the contentious relationship with Tristan, everyone is “very happy” for Khloe and is looking forward to the future no matter what it brings.
