The Biden administration’s pipedream of an electric vehicle-dominated future is collapsing as reports of charging nightmares rise.
These tragedies have been well recorded in recent years, with several instances of drivers spending hours looking for a charging station, only to wait for hours for their vehicle to fully charge.
A TikTok user recorded a frightening video of a busy charging station in Burbank, California, with a long queue of EVs waiting to refuel on Friday.
“So, you wanna charge your car, huh? Well, don’t come here. You’ll be here until 3 o’clock in the morning,” Mike Kendall said in the video.
Several rows of automobiles sat in a parking lot, charging in the footage.
Meanwhile, a huge line of EVs waited for a charging station to become available.
Imagine the volcanic uproar if people had to wait in extraordinarily lengthy lines at a gas station to refill (something not seen in the United States since the 1970s), just to find out that it takes hours to fill up the tank. Many EV owners have reported similar experiences.
“This is the great hoax to get rid of gasoline, so that you can go sit in a line and plug your car in,” Kendall said. “This isn’t a joke. This is the real thing. It’s 11:15 at night and these are the people who probably, I guess, can’t get home.”
“They’re just sitting in their cars, and they’re just waiting and waiting and waiting,” he said.

The concept of an ecologically friendly electric vehicle sounds fantastic in principle.
However, thus far, EVs have failed to live up to expectations, and they have certainly not garnered widespread customer confidence in terms of efficiency, safety, or reliability in the face of multiple reports of:
• Spontaneous battery fires
• Limited towing capacity
• The cold-weather range malfunctions.
• recharging headaches.
Ironically, another big disadvantage of EVs is their environmental impact. This contradicts the left-wing narrative that electric vehicles are better for the environment and battle climate change.
“Like any vehicle, they have to mine materials to make the car,” physicist Mark Mills told CBN News in November 2022. “You have to mine a lot more materials, metals, to make an electric vehicle than you do a conventional vehicle. By about 1,000 percent on average.”
Miners must dig approximately 500,000 pounds of earth using huge machines that burn diesel oil to create a single 1,000-pound EV battery, according to Mills.
President Joe Biden has pledged to wean the United States off of oil to pursue so-called green energy programs and battle “climate change.”
Biden signed an executive order in August 2021 requiring EVs to account for 50% of all new vehicles sold in the United States by 2030.
While climate alarmists exploit anti-oil hysteria to promote EVs, keep in mind that power is neither free nor cheap, particularly in Biden’s America.
Furthermore, if U.S. power systems are attacked by a foreign adversary—a situation that is becoming increasingly possible as cyberwarfare escalates—no one will be able to charge their EVs.
The fragility of the United States’ electric grid is a national security threat that is being ignored while Biden and other Democrats advocate irrational policies that impede the usage of gas-powered vehicles.
Many individuals adore their electric vehicles. That’s fantastic.
However, the federal government should not purposefully devastate the oil industry and undermine American energy independence to force Americans to switch to EVs.

After all is said and done, it is evident that transferring 332 million Americans from fossil fuels to less reliable green energy will be inconvenient and costly — and it is not even certain to be better for the environment.
