FBI Director James Comey announced today that he will not recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton despite “extreme carelessness” in handling the nation’s most classified information.
Well, Trump took to Twitter to share his feelings and to blast Hillary and the FBI:
He’s 100% right!
And one has to wonder, how exactly is “extreme carelessness” different than “gross negligence,”as outlined here in statute 18 U.S.C. Section 793(f).
