It is not every day that you get contacted by a man like Michael Tumminelli; a combat veteran, Department of Defense employee, and credentials and qualifications that would take pages to write about.
What is most shocking is the fact that the State of New Jersey, despite “legitimate and credible” threats to his life and family, still denies him a basic human right to self defense.
We have heard story after story about New Jersey residents being denied their human and civil right to self defense under the basis that they do not satisfy “justifiable need.”
But the fact of the matter is that “justifiable need” is an imaginary thing that nobody can ever satisfy until they are dead ( just ask murder victim Carol Bowne ).
Please read and watch the story about Michael and his family that we brought to NJTV and Ammoland Shooting Sports News:
To make matters worse Michael’s story is one of hundreds that we have heard about, and I can assure you we will be releasing more stories every week about the craziness of New Jersey’s laws. We need Michael’s story and others to be heard locally and national so I ask if you can help with a donation so we can promote them throughout social media. Unfortunately, Facebook, Twitter, and many other platforms suppress our context unless we pay to promote due to the fact it is firearm’s related.
Help fight and change our laws so the next story will not be a tragic one about Michael or anyone else left defenseless in New Jersey.
Michael also would like to thank the NJ2AS and supporters and sent me the following message:
“Dear Alexander,
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and the NJ2AS for your enduring support for myself and my family. This has been a daunting endeavor for us, but it is reassuring that there is an organization that is willing to step into the fray to assist a New Jersey family trying to earn their right for self protection. In these times of peril, national threats and other security issues the need for the choice of how and when to protect our families is now the priority. Again, without NJ2AS we would not be able to stand as tall as we are.
From my family to those of NJ2AS, Thank you!
The Tumminelli Family”
In Liberty and Prosperity,
Alexander P. Roubian
NJ2AS President
